Cancellation policy

Cancellations are handled directly between the venue and the artist. Once venues can publish their own cancellation terms on Octiv, those will appear here instead.

    Octiv does not process payments yet (Stripe activation is on the roadmap), so any deposit or refund question is settled between the two parties.
